MEDINA, Ohio — Metropolis Council has passed a resolution to use American Rescue Program Act (ARPA) resources for the demolition of a property on Foundry Street adjacent to Ray Mellert Park.
“This ask for is to use the ARPA cash that ended up approved by our attorney to demolish the home at 368 Foundry St.,” explained Parks and Recreation Director Jansen Wehrley.
