You can disperse it in the atmosphere by using a diffuser. This oil has a floral scent and if you mix it with the air it gives a pleasant atmosphere which gives you a great feeling, and it also takes away tobacco smells.

You can use it for massage by simply diluting it with vegetable oil in a mixture of 1 part lavender to 10 parts of vegetable oil. You then apply it to the solar plexus, foot arches or along the spine.

For an aromatic bath, you simply mix ten drops of lavender oil with a foam bath, bath salts or simply to a spoonful of milk, then dilute in hot water.

Lavender oil helps fight digestion difficulties, flatulence, nausea, and digestive spasms. Increase in gastric juice in the stomach, as a spasmodic, and improvement in intestinal mobility are some other ways that lavender oil can be beneficial to the digestive system. Lavender oil is also beneficial in eliminating intestinal parasites. The mixture to swallow is made up of 2 drops of oil mixed with a spoonful of vegetable oil, honey, or half a spoonful of sugar, three times a day.

Other uses of lavender oil includes relaxing the muscles, anti-inflammatory, and soothes pain. If you frequently experience cramps or if you have rheumatism, then lavender is the best cure for these. You simply need to massage the lavender oil in the affected area. You need to slightly dilute 2 – 4 drops of lavender oil to a spoonful of vegetable oil before massaging it in.
